I feel like we were a deviation from the standard customer. Michaela was given, hopefully, a once in a lifetime set of circumstances that proved to be labor intensive and tactically challenging every step of the way. And in our darkest hour she lit a torch and illuminated a path to the finish line. I was determined to push through the problems and she never let me feel like it was hopeless. So, it never hurts to have a master of the craft in your corner.
