We worked with Matt Lo Porto and his team on a VA cash out refinance. We had expressed to Matt how important it was to us to close in 30 days or less and I have to admit he totally made it happen. It was a partnership in that we needed to be responsive with pulling together paperwork and responding to questions, but his inquiries were direct and comprehensive and he made it very easy to accomplish our refinance. They offered very competitive rates and we would recommend their services to other veterans looking for a mortgage product!
