I could not possibly be more satisfied with the service I received from Matt and his team!! We began this process with another lender who simply plugged our info into an auto generated approval process and after several attempts and efforts from us to improve our credit we were still denied and told to wait several months while the home we had found slipped away.
I contacted Matt and not only was he able to get us approved quickly but he fought hard on our behalf to improve the process every step of the way. I especially appreciated his prompt response throughout the process, never allowing time to be wasted. He followed through on every commitment made and even exceeded expectations, overcoming all manner of obstacles in proactive fashion. My feelings of desperation transitioned to feelings of confidence and we were successful in purchasing the home we had fallen in love with. Again, I cannot extend enough thanks and gratitude to the job Matt and the whole Mortgage Master team did!!
