We were very pleased with out experience with Nicole at Laura’s Home Loans. When we originally inquired via the website, Nicole was quick to respond and set up in person meeting. As first time buyers unfamiliar with the process we needed a little hand-holding and Nicole was patient and thorough in her explanations and answers to my numerous questions. Nicole was also quick to respond, even after hours or weekends when we needed our approval letter or to have something changed on the letter. We were very happy that we started the process before beginning the home search as Nicole had prepared much of the paperwork in advance and we were ultimately able to close very quickly in just over three weeks, even with the unusual amount of snow fall that had stopped much of the city during this time. Nicole was excellent in keeping us informed at every step throughout the process and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We will definitely recommend and refer to Nicole to anyone and everyone we can!
The entire experience went more smoothly than i anticipated and feared that it might. I have heard so many stressful stories of the process and kept wondering when we would hit a snag – everything that could potentially been bad was made easier by specific instructions from Nicole. I don’t think it was luck that the process was so smooth, i believe it was due to the expertise of Nicole handling our application.
