I went into this reverse mortgage to assist my son in a legal situation, so needless to say very apprehensive and unsure. My initial contact was with a gentleman on the phone, sorry I forgot his name now, that was most helpful and reassuring. I then proceeded to the luncheon get together, which again, I came away with answers than more questions. During my process and anytime that i needed it I was able to call and ask questions, which is to say many questions were answered before thoughts became questions. Isn’t that GREAT!!!! When the process finally ended, I came away very assured and confident with my decision. Thank you so much, All of you.
